Mentoring follows a clear structure, but the content of every programme is designed around you. Here is what the process looks like from start to ongoing progression.
Initial Assessment
A structured conversation and application review to understand your experience, markets, process, objectives and constraints.
Programme Design
A mentoring programme is designed around your specific development priorities — not a fixed syllabus.
One-to-One Sessions
Private sessions focused on the areas that will most move your trading forward, with live market context where relevant.
Practical Development
Analysis exercises, framework building, journalling and — where appropriate — demo or paper trading between sessions.
Review & Progression
Regular review of your work and process, with the programme adapting as your understanding and trading develop.
What Happens After You Apply
Once you submit an application, it is reviewed to understand your experience, objectives and mentoring requirements. If there appears to be a suitable fit, the next step is normally an introductory call with Sachin to discuss your objectives and the most appropriate mentoring structure. Submitting an application does not create a mentoring agreement.
Sessions are typically held weekly or every two weeks by online video call, with practical development work between sessions. The programme adapts as you develop.
